New York New York! / 3:52 PM
Yes it's true! I'm back!
After all my procrastination and Geoffrey's failed attempts to bring this blog back,
I have taken some extra time I have due to Spring break to finally resuscitate this site.
First of all how does everyone like my shameless new blog design?
Hahaha... it's fantastic!

I have two weeks of holiday for Spring Break because last week was Audition Week
here at the Manhattan School of Music, and the teachers have their break only this week.
They get one, we get two. Life is fair.
It was interesting looking at all the nervous strangers roaming around the school,
most looked prepared but jittery, some looked like they had no idea what they were doing,
and then there were those who clinged close to their parents who looked even more anxious
than the students themselves...
Then I took a moment to thank God that I am indeed here in New York,
at the Manhattan School of Music, studying with one of the greatest tenors to grace the stage.
Yes, Mr Neil Rosenshein is quite the tenor I must say and I still kick myself knowing how
lucky I am to be in his studio studying with him.
I promise to talk more about my experiences with Neil in posts to come.

I'm sitting in my room and it's 4am, struggling to think of what to type about.
I realise it's been almost a year since my last blog entry on my birthday last year.
This year the 6th of May will not only be my birthday but will also be the day of my
Voice Jury. That's the examination where I sing for the panel of teachers from the
Voice Faculty here at MSM. It is where if you fail you get to boot and if you do well
you become eligible for scholarship. I am obviously aiming and training for the latter.
Please pray for me as I strive for this. I need all the prayers I can get.
There are so many exciting things happening soon and I haven't even gotten to
all the exciting things that have already past!
Looks like I have my work cut out for me.

Half the battle is over because I renovated the blog and started posting again.
I will be updated more tomorrow when I can think of a more coherent way to
express my thoughts and recount the things I've done in the city.
The photographs will soon follow after that.
Those of you who have me on Facebook most of my new photographs are there!

Alright guys and girls I'm going to bed but I will be back real soon.
I promise!
