back to the future. / 5:20 PM
As promised Enoch here's a post about the batch gathering
that happened last Thursday. As usual, fun and laughter.
I know I don't sound that excited but oh well I'm not about to try
hard enough just so you can feel the enthusiasm in my words.
Haha.
Anyway I'll post pictures from the super fun alumni barbecue in the
next post once I get my hands on some photographs.
Before all that I would like to say HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!
I believe this year will be a victorious year for all of us so let's press
on and see what God has planned.

Okay photographs time.
Lots of you who visit my blog may not recognize these poeple so I'll
take some time to introduce them to you.
Last Thursday my batch of ACJC choristers met for dinner at Grace's place
and also celebrated her 21st birthday with her there.
The lot of us + Happy Birthday Grace.
From left: Geoffrey: Bass1 (but we already knew that), Chalat: Bass2 and
Choir President 2003, Peiru: Sop2, Sheryl Han: Sop1 (But now sings alto
in alumni due to psychological barriers haha), Me: Tenor1, Grace Yan: Sop1
(and birthday girl), Anne: Sop2, Eleena: Sop2 and Vice-Pres, Wilfred: Tenor2
and TSL 2003 (my TSL!), Jarrod: Tenor1, Huiling: Sop1.
That's the lot of us.
Oh yeah and Happy Birthday Grace.

Now for some random pictures we took that night to remember that 3 years down
the road from graduation you can still meet up and have loads of fun.
And we didn't even have to sing a note. Beat that.
The 3 Tenors.
That most important photo first, the Tenors!
This is 3/5 of us, we're missing Joel and of course the ever missed and ever
illustrious Enoch Lin. Sigh.
Smiles.
Another random shot. I don't have much to say about this one except
that Geoffrey's eyes are closed again but you already expected that.
Gorgeous Babes.
Me with two gorgeous babes. Haha.
Seriously I throw those words around too lightly. So easy nowadays.
Anyway I was glad to see them all again.
Huiling!
Huiling, Queen of ____ ____ so we only take photos of her upper-half.
Haha. That's for those who understand only. Anyway it's always fun to
have Huiling around to laugh at and with on any occasion. She studies
in Australia now I believe so I guess it was great for her to meet us again.
Next batch gathering should be at her house with the pool once everything
is renovated. Sounds hopeful but oh well one can always hope.
Messing with the couple.
Here's Geof and I messing around with Anne and Wilfred who have been
dating since 2003 in JC. Who would have thought it'd go on forever?
Hahaha. Alright now, this is another successful choir couple story but don't
get your heads all in the clouds those of you still in school... concentrate on
your studies and your music! Yes I'm talking to you.
Geoffrey and I
Spur of the moment photograph that resulted from Geoffrey's nostalgic
tendencies. He insisted on taking photos with everyone that night so I
smiled for camera. What can you do right?
The guys.
The guys (or should I say "choir men") as we were forced to call ourselves
then in an effort to erase any pubescent inclinations left in us.
The guy in the brown t-shirt is my TSL Wilfred as I mentioned before and I
believe he said he's coming back to sing with us next year so do make
him feel welcomed. Cool another tenor brother joins the team.

That's all I have for you for now. I never managed to get the carolling photos
and it's too much of old news now to post about it so I'll just let it remain in my
computer once I get hold of them to remind me of great times when I go overseas
to study. I will try to post on the Alumni Barbecue and other subsequent events.
Christmas and New Year has come and gone and I've eaten so so so much.
I hope you all have as well because really there isn't any point starving when everyone
else is having so much fun haha.
Back to school back to work! See you all soon.

P.S. I took off the music so I won't ruin what you're listening to on your own computers.
I'll put something back on when the muse takes me. Happy Kokphai?
